El Miradordining by the lake

Highland cooking in a dining room that embraces Lake San Pablo. For guests, and for anyone who comes simply to eat.

The dining room opens onto the lake in a half-moon. Beyond it, Imbabura; on the table, locro, trout and the carne colorada of the highlands.

Breakfasts to start the day unhurried, a seasonal menu at lunch and dinner, cocktails named after the land and a cellar with wines by the glass and by the bottle. Come even if you are not staying with us.
