Is breakfast included in the rate?
Yes. All our rates include American breakfast, served from 8:00 to 10:00 in the dining room or in your room.
What else does the rate include?
Use of the heated indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, gym, the gardens and forest trails, and Wi-Fi.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is until 12:00. Early check-in or late check-out costs USD 60 per room, subject to availability.
Where is the hotel?
On the Colina de San Pablo in San Pablo del Lago (Imbabura, Ecuador), above Lake San Pablo and facing Imbabura volcano. We are a few minutes from Otavalo and about two hours from Quito.
Can children stay?
Yes. Children up to 4 stay free (maximum two per room) and children aged 5 to 11 pay a supplement. An extra bed or cot must be requested in advance and has a cost.
Do you accept pets?
We accept small pets with prior authorisation from the hotel, with a supplement of USD 25 per night.
Is the restaurant open to visitors?
Yes. El Mirador welcomes guests and visitors for breakfast, a seasonal menu and the bar. We recommend booking a table.
Is there a spa?
Yes, Thani Spa, with massages and treatments. Appointments are booked in advance.
Do you host weddings and corporate events?
Yes: weddings, proposals, anniversaries, retreats and company meetings. We prepare a tailored proposal for each event.
What is there to do nearby?
At the hotel: horseback riding, bonfires and forest walks. Nearby: Otavalo market, Parque del Cóndor (about 15 minutes away) and Peguche Waterfall.
